Prior to tanning, cleanse and exfoliate skin.
Apply your everyday moisturizer to the dry, course areas of your body (elbows, hands, knees, feet, achilles heel). Additional hydration here will ensure your new color doesn’t come with product build up.
Then apply the Gradual Tanning Lotion evenly in circular motions on your body and face. Thoroughly wash hands after use. Let the product fully absorb before dressing, and wait at least 6 hours before rinsing. Use daily to build color towards desired shade.
